3.1. IC.Shop does not process orders for or ship goods to the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and temporary occupied states.

3.2. This website does not process orders for delivery within Ukraine. For purchases in Ukraine, users must use a separate website dedicated to the Ukrainian market, which will be launched soon.

4. Payment and Orders

4.1. The user independently selects an available payment method when placing an order.

4.2. Prior to order confirmation, the user receives information about the item, its cost, delivery, and other essential terms.

4.3. Payment for the goods signifies confirmation of the intent to purchase the corresponding item under the terms specified during checkout.

4.4. Shipping and delivery costs are paid by the buyer in full prior to the dispatch of the goods, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

5. Receipt of Goods

5.1. After order confirmation, the goods are transferred to the buyer via the selected delivery method.

5.2. The buyer is obliged to provide the necessary data required for delivery.

5.3. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer has the right to inspect the received goods for compliance with their order within the limits provided by law.

6. Returns and Order Cancellation

7. Voluntary Donations

7.1. If the website provides an option to make a voluntary donation, such a donation is a separate transaction and does not constitute payment for goods.

7.2. Voluntary donations are made solely at the user's discretion.

7.3. A donation must not be used to conceal payment for goods or any other commercial transaction.
